TECHNICAL WORK
I can follow the problem into the code
I trace permissions, data, integrations, failures, and business rules when the screen does not explain what is wrong.
About Bilal and AxonBuild
Bilal Shahid
I lead the AxonBuild team. We fix what is breaking, finish what is stuck, and make careful changes as more staff, customers, and business work rely on the app.
Fix, harden, or ship a feature →Where my work starts
You understood the customer, the workflow, or the daily problem well enough to turn it into working software. AI helped you move faster. The useful idea came from your knowledge.
Once other people rely on it, someone has to understand the code, make careful changes, and take responsibility when something breaks. That job does not have to remain yours.
I will not recommend rebuilding something useful just because AI helped create it.
Why I can help
I learned to build software professionally before today’s AI builders existed, and I now use those tools in my own work. That combination helps me understand what the app is meant to do and trace what it actually does.
TECHNICAL WORK
I trace permissions, data, integrations, failures, and business rules when the screen does not explain what is wrong.
PRODUCT AND CLIENT WORK
I have led AI delivery and worked on software used in real operations. Clear requirements and client communication are part of the work.
RESPONSIBLE DELIVERY
I lead the conversation and review the findings myself. AxonBuild’s four-person technical team can support agreed work under my responsibility.
You should not have to turn your business into technical tickets before I can understand it.
How I work
AxonBuild began after I reviewed an internal tool I had built with AI. The screen looked finished, but sign-in could be faked in the browser and live API keys were sitting in the code. That experience became a repeatable review process, which I have since used across 31 AI-built codebases.
Every finding should point to something in the app or code and explain what it means for the business. If something can safely wait, I will say so.
Who I work best with
You do not need to be technical. You do need something useful that has moved beyond an experiment.
You built or led the build with an AI tool, staff, customers, or important business work now rely on it, and no technical team looks after changes, breakages, and what the app needs next.
You only have an idea, need a brand-new app, want generic marketing automation, or mainly need developers by the hour.
