How AxonBuild handles your information.

When you send us a message

You can send us a message with any “Discuss Your App” button or the form on the homepage. When you do, we store your name, your email address and your message. We also store the page you were on, which button or form you used and the time you sent it.

If you chose an answer on the homepage, such as where your app is right now, or picked a part to start with on the scope page, we add it to the top of your message.

We use these details only to reply to you. We read every message and reply by hand. The site does not send you automatic emails.

To stop spam, the server holds your IP address in its working memory, not in the database, to limit how many messages one address can send in an hour. We do not store it with your message.

If our database cannot save your message, the server writes it to a separate file on the same server, so it is not lost. We then add it by hand.

When you book a call

Bookings run through Cal.com. We receive your name, email address, time zone, the time you chose, and anything you write in the booking form. We keep that with our notes from the call.

Nothing from Cal.com loads until you press a button that opens our contact options, such as “Discuss Your App” or “Send a message”. On most phones, “Book a call” takes you to the booking page on Cal.com.

When you visit the site

Our hosting logs record technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, which we use to run and protect the site.

Google Analytics records page views, which sections you see, how far you scroll and which buttons you use. We do not send names, email addresses or the text of your messages to analytics.

When we work on your app

You may give us access to your repository, hosting, database, logs, or connected services, or send us exports. Those materials can contain your customers’ personal information. We ask for the access the work needs, use it only for the agreed work, and work in the environments we agree at kickoff.

Why we use it

To reply to your message. To prepare for and run the call you booked. To plan, deliver, document, and support the work you engage us for. To keep the business records an engagement needs. To keep the site running and safe. To understand which pages and actions are useful to visitors.

Booking a call or sending a message does not sign you up to any mailing list.

Who sees it

Your information is available to the AxonBuild team members who need it for the work. Messages are stored on the server that runs this site and are shown only on a private, password-protected page for our team.

Cal.com handles scheduling and Google Analytics handles site measurement, each under its own privacy notice. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies for visitors. Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and to tell new visits from repeat visits. Cal.com may set its own cookies when its booking window loads.

You can block analytics or cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking records while we talk with you and for as long as a business relationship or a question about the work continues. We do not delete them automatically, so ask us at any time and we will delete them.

Project materials are kept for the work and its included support period, then deleted or returned unless you ask otherwise or a legal requirement applies.

Google keeps analytics data for the period set in our Google Analytics account.

See, correct or delete

Email bilalshahid@axonbuild.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We may ask for enough detail to find the records.

Code access, copies and handover material

Removing a repository or service invitation stops future access through it. It does not remove copies already downloaded to do the work, project messages, or the evidence and recordings created during the work. Email us about any such copy and we will delete or return it, unless a written agreement or a legal requirement says otherwise.

The full sprint includes recorded walkthroughs. We confirm the recording arrangement with you before we record. Handover documents and recordings are shared only with the people you name for the project.

We never use your name, screenshots, or project details publicly without your written permission.

Changes to this page

We update this page when our services or practices change. The date at the top identifies the version in force.
